Foreign Qualification
Register to do business legally in a state other than the one where your LLC was formed.
If your LLC was formed in Wyoming but later has a real office, warehouse or employees in another state (for example California), you generally must register for "foreign qualification" in that state — essentially asking permission to operate outside your home state.
Skipping this step when you are genuinely "transacting business" in a state can cost you the right to sue in that state's courts and lead to back-penalties.
